Olaf Cramme is a Managing Partner at Inline, which he joined at the start of 2017. A public policy professional with more than 15 years of experience in government, parliament and advocacy, Olaf has extensive experience in dealing with senior stakeholders and delivering high-profile projects. At Inline, he leads work on emerging technologies, digital transformation, innovation policy, the future of work and public sector reform.
Prior to joining Inline, Olaf spent two years at the UK Cabinet Office, working first in the Prime Minister Implementation Unit and then, as a Deputy Director, in the Economic and Domestic Affairs Secretariat, where he was driving a range of government innovation initiatives. Before that, Olaf was during 7 years Managing Director of the international think-tank Policy Network.
Olaf holds a PhD in European politics and has published widely on EU and European politics. He spends most of his spare time with his family and 3 young boys, supporting Arsenal and playing chess.
